Jamaican Coffee

Jamaican me crazy for this coffee….:-)

Jamaican Coffee

  • Coffee mug (glass mug is best)
  • 1/2 oz Light Rum
  • 1/2 oz Tia Maria

Pour Light Rum and Tia Maria in mug and top off with coffee. Top with whipped cream.

Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Place a bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes. Beat cream in chilled bowl until it begins to thicken. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until soft peaks form.
