Tuna Steak Sandwich


Instead of tuna from a can, enjoy tuna steak on a sandwich.

Tuna Steak Sandwich
 
Here are the Ingredients:
  • Tuna steak, grilled
  • fresh roll (or your favorite bread)
  • fresh tartar sauce, (see recipe under sauces)
  • romaine lettuce
  • red onion, sliced thin
  • blackened seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, per tuna
  • fresh squeezed lemon juice, to taste
Spread olive oil on fish with brush, season with blackened seasoning. Heat a grill pan/Forman grill and grill tuna steak for around 2.5 minutes depending on thickness.  Squeeze on a little lemon juice and place tuna on warmed bun with a dollop of tartar sauce, onion slices, and lettuce. Enjoy.
