Whipped Cream

You should always have whipping cream in the refrigerator so you can make fresh whipped cream at a moments notice. You never know when you might want some whipped cream to top a dessert or a drink.

Whipped Cream
Here are the Ingredients:
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place a bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes. Beat cream in chilled bowl until it begins to thicken. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until soft peaks form.
For flavored whipped creams add:
1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup raspberry puree
1/2 cup strawberry puree
