New Beginning


Tomorrow 12/5 is the beginning of a life change for me. Time to really pay attention to what I eat and back to my exercise regimen. I hope you decide to take this journey with me.

Breakfast: 1/2 cup steel cut oats; recipe under oatmeal, 10 grapes or 35 blueberries

Snack: Apple with a 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter

Lunch: 3 oz grilled chicken breast with a small green salad: Lettuce, carrots, cucumber, tomato, and a low fat or no fat dressing. Follow serving size on the dressing bottle or make your own with Avocado oil and red wine vinegar with a little salt and pepper; recipe under Salad Dressing.

Snack: 2 Celery sticks

Dinner: Salmon with watercress; recipe under Fish

Dessert: 1/4 cup frozen yogurt

Exercise: AM 2 mile walk after breakfast, 3 reps of leg lifts after snack, Abs Yoga style after lunch.

All to be detailed per day.
