Day Nine Lunch


Light chunk tuna mixed with 1/2 teaspoon mayo, 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard, 1/3 cup Greek plain yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon sweet relish. 1/2 of this mixture on top of 3 wholegrain krisprolls.
