Day Nine Evening

My appetite is shrinking as am I. I’ve lost and inch in my waist, thighs, hips, arms, and chest. Very happy about that. I will weigh in tomorrow at the Hospital on the doctor’s scale. Very excited.

Day Nine Dessert

Orange Creamsicle low fat ice cream bar

100 Cal, 2 g Fat, 20 g Carb, 1 g Prot


Great flavors of chocolate and mint with an added kick of 151!

  • Cocktail glass, chilled
  • 1/2 oz White Creme de Cacao
  • 1/2 oz White Creme de Menthe
  • 1/2 oz Barcardi 151
  • 1 1/2 oz cream
Chill cocktail glass with ice and water. Pour all ingredients in an shaker filled with  ice. Shake once and strain into glass.


This is a nice and easy Christmas cocktail.


  • Champagne glass, chilled
  • Champagne
  • Cranberry Juice

Chill glass with ice and water. Pour out and 1/2 fill with cranberry juice and top off with champagne.

Day Nine Dinner

3 oz Codfish with a breadcrumb crumble made with: and bake for 12 minutes at 450. 1/3 cup CousCous cooked with 2 slices fresh pineapple chunks. 1 Blue Moon Belgian White. 🙂

  • 1 tablespoon fine dry bread crumbs (combine all but egg whites) Place on top of fish
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon cornmeal
  • 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 egg white, lightly beaten (brush on fish)

With Beer
