Kale Chips


Kale chips are low in Fat and Calories. They are so delicious and packed with flavor. You can eat just one.

Kale Chips
 
Here are the Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
Preheat oven to 350
 
Cut off stem and cut out rib along leaf. Tear into smaller pieces. Pour on olive oil and toss to coat. Spread on a baking pan and sprinkle with salt. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes. Be sure not to burn edges. Eat warm.
