Foodie Ingredient Milk

Milk really does do a body good. With Winter comes dry skin. I use warm whole milk on a gauze pad to hydrate my sometimes dry and itchy patches on my skin. Cleopatra was said to take milk baths regularly. Milk is also known to be helpful as a sleep aid. Warm milk before bed, or even hot chocolate or cereal.
