Easy Pita Pizza

Put this easy pita pizza in the oven for 8 minutes. It’s so thin and crunchy. Really light compared to your regular pizza dough.

Easy Pita Pizza
Here are the Ingredients:
  • Lebanese pita bread
  • 1/2 cup prepared pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella, cut into small bites
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/2 tablespoon basil, fresh or dried
Preheat oven at 350
Place pita bread on a pizza pan or baking sheet and spread with pizza sauce. Top with tomatoes, cheese, and basil, and bake for 8 minutes. Enjoy. So crunchy and delicious.
