Scooby Snack
  • cocktail glass, chilled
  • 1/2 oz Malibu coconut rum
  • 1/2 oz creme de banane
  • 1/2 oz Midori
  • 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 oz whipped cream (see recipe)

Chill cocktail glass with water and ice. Pour rum, creme de banane, melon liqueur and pineapple juice into a shaker with ice. Add whipped cream, and shake a few times. Strain into a cocktail glass and enjoy.
