Breakfast all rolled into one amazing buckwheat pancake.
 

Stuffed Buckwheat Pancake
 
Here are the Ingredients:
  • Buckwheat pancake mix, follow package directions
  • 1 large egg, scrambled (with teaspoon of water)
  • 1 thick slice bacon, cut into lardons
  • 2 scallions, diced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar free syrup
  • salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the pancake mix and cook in a rectangular shape. Scramble egg with diced scallions. Cook bacon lardons until crispy. Place all ingredients into cooked pancake and fold over. Pour syrup over the top and serve.

I love brandy and coke, brandy and eggnog, but for this time of year a minty and refreshing drink.
 

Green Hornet
  • Bucket glass, ice
  • 1 1/2 oz Brandy
  • 1/2 oz Green Creme de Menthe
Pour Brandy and Creme de Menthe over ice and stir. Enjoy!

Grasshopper


This is a creamy drink that tastes just like a peppermint patty. Oh so good!
 

Grasshopper
  • Cocktail glass, chilled
  • 1/2 oz White Creme de Cacao
  • 1/2 oz Green Creme de Menthe
  • 2 oz half and half
Chill glass with water and ice. Pour all ingredients a shaker with ice. Shake once and strain into chilled glass.
